• The vívosmart HR will keep a running total throughout the day which you can see on the watch. At midnight, the step and distance data will reset automatically. After syncing, this data will be available for review on the compatible smartphone using the Garmin Connect Mobile app. ^DK

• It keeps track for the day then resets the next day. Steps are recorded in the app as well so you can track your daily pattern.
