Yes. In Garmin Connect on the computer, under settings, you can choose from 30 languages in Display Preferences. You can also choose your time zone, measurement units, number format, time and date format, and first day of the week.

When I go under the app( Connect) for iPhone it does give you about 20 or so languages to chose from. How well does it work I'm not sure but you can always get the app ( connect) first & check it out to see how it would work for you.

Yes. The vívosmart HR supports English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian out of the box. -LB
