“Can it connect to your phone over WiFi or just Bluetooth? I know some previous versions had a very short range that your phone had to be or it would constantly disconnect (for Bluetooth). Is there a WiFi connection available now?”

Your watch works regardless of how near your phone is and once you open the app on your phone, it automatically downloads the information. I’ve only ever opened the app while wearing the watch so I don’t know if there’s a certain range if you’re not wearing it.
