I move around quite a bit and it still reads my sleep score. I have noticed that at the start of my current sleep routine, it’ll say I fell asleep at a time I know I was still up but I just hadn’t moved and my heart rate was down. But the app is good in showing deep sleep, rem, and wakefulness. It’s also surprisingly more comfortable to sleep in than I expected.
