• yes it is. I have not taken it off for exercise or even in the shower

• Yes. Sweat/water proof in my opinion. My wife wears it in the shower and during rain storms. Once you put it on there's no real reason to take it off, except when the battery dies in approximately 1 year - then you replace the battery and put it back on.

• Per Jawbone, it is sweat resistant and minimally water resistant. They strongly recommend NOT submerging the band, but washing your hands or wearing the band while working out is fine and considered "normal use."
