• Call Garmin. They will sent you a new ANT stick.

• If you just bought it you can probably exchange it where you purchased it. Otherwise you can get them direct from Garmin or on Amazon. Search for Garmin Ant Stick. Make sure you order one that's compatible with the VivoFit.

• Go to Garmins website they sell them. If you have an iPhone 4 S or newer you can download the app it works really well and you won't need the USB stick. I haven't tried yet on my android device.
