• No you can't turn it off on the band itself, but despite that the item doesn't connect until you go through and sync.

• You have to turn on the Bluetooth "sync" mode and it will only stay on until your device has synced. While it is in general use, it will not continually try to sync. Hopefully that helps!

• The Bluetooth cannot be turned off on the vívofit; however, it is only used for syncing which is manually triggered. ^DK
