Is this Fitbit completely waterproof null

I haven't used it in a pool but I have left it on during baths and showers with no issues. It states it is completely waterproof and there is a tracker for swimming.

The Garmin vivosmart 4 has an 5 ATM water rating. The device is suitable for splashes, rain or snow, showering, swimming, diving into water, or snorkeling. It is unsuitable for Scuba diving and high speed water sports. Debbie with Garmin
