I have propane gas & had to buy the propane conversion kit to install a gas dryer. If Best Buy doesn’t have the conversion kit, you can check Amazon. Just make sure it’s for the brand & model of your dryer. My propane tank is 80+ gallons & located in the yard though.

Wow that sounds really UNsafe!! It’s not a lot to have a line run from your dryer to a tank outside the house.
