• The 19$ is regular hooking it up to your gas line. 140$ is installing the gas line for it. (Which goes through third party depending on your state and you may have to contact a different company and set up a date for them to come out AFTER stove has been delivered)

• Gas is more steps as far as removing old line and putting on New line. Much safer for you and your family to have new line Electric just plug it in.
