“We love everything about this microwave, but why does the vent fan turn on every time we go to heat something up in the microwave? Is there a way to disable this? We didn't get an owner's manual with the unit.”

• Same issue for us. It’s annoyingly loud compared to the prior GE model we replaced,. Have not found an answer.
