• A:Answer Hi - We are happy to provide assistance. If the control panel is locked, press and hold the Set Clock pad for 3 seconds. The surface light does not have a separate lock option. Press Vent Fan once for high fan speed, twice for low fan speed or a third time to turn the fan off.
