My other advice is to have a good masonry bit, wood bit and a stud finder on hand. Even though I was just replacing another GE microwave, the mounting bracket for the new one was different and required that I drilled new holes through the tile. The first bit I used was worn and took forever on the first two holes and then I found my better one and it zipped right through. Overall, my installation went pretty smoothly and I had mine installed inside of any hour. Hope this helps and good luck.
