• A:Answer Yes. It has a paper template for positioning and drilling the holes necessary to mount the included bracket. It also includes the screws and bolts you will need.

Q: QuestionDoes this microwave have a timer? The picture shows a timer but the specs say no timer. It seems like it sholuld have a timer if it has a clock.

Q: QuestionMy microwave model # is JVM7195SK2SS but when I put the model in it gives me JVM7195SKSS. I returned one I bought with model # JVM7195SK4SS. Are these all the same? My current measurement is L-16, D-16, W-29.5

Q: QuestionReplacing a JVM1861SD 002...all dimensions appear to match up. Please confirm for replacement and if existing holes will match up for installation.

• A:Answer Replaced an 8-year old model of this microwave with this newer model. The dimensions were the same for the most part. However the back bracket needed to be replaced as the mounting notches are a little different. On the top, the left mounting screw was almost exact to the old model, but the right screw is a little further to the right.

While this model does feature an electronic touch control panel and a cooktop light to illuminate the cooking surface below the microwave, it does not have back lighting on the control panel itself. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. This makes choosing a replacement microwave easy! - NOTE: When replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model. The new screws, bolts, and exhaust adapter should also be used. - With that being said, the new model that you've got your eye on here will make for a wonderful replacement! Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. - NOTE: When replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model.
