A:AnswerHi - Thank you for your interest in a new GE Appliances microwave. This is a great model to consider as a replacement with respect to capacity and features. As you have discovered our current models fit in a 30" wide opening. You will also need the JX36BSS filler kit to fill in the additional 3" opening on each side of the microwave. Please contact the store directly for pricing information for the products and installation. We wish you all the best! Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerAll I can say is that it is NOT normal for me. Ours is vented from the outside and as far as I can tell, little or no air is coming out from the vent.
A:AnswerHello and thank you for inquiring about this great microwave! A:AnswerYou can have it installed by BestBuy. They will remove and haul away the old one and will install the new one. It costs a little extra but worth it.

A:AnswerAlmost all over the range microwave have similar dimensions. The difference s are often in the wall mounting bracket’s. You will likely have to remount the new dedicated bracket that comes with your new unit as the old may not fit.
A:AnswerHello there, thank you for taking the time to reach out with this excellent question. Both of these microwaves have similar dimensions, but we would recommend double checking the installation instructions to make sure all clearance requirements can be met. A:AnswerHello. Thanks for checking with us! Model JVM7195SKSS would be the closest replacement, but all 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width, and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. We hope this helps, and should you have any additional questions, please reach out to us!- Kianna@GEA
A:AnswerHi there, thank you for the question. The dimensions of this replacement is quite similar, with the notable difference of it being about 1/4" shorter than you previous unit. A:AnswerHello- Thanks so much for your question. The model number you provided isn't showing valid, however you may be referring to model number PVM9195SFSS. There isn't a direct replacement but the following models would be comparable. Model PVM9005SJSS has a different style control panel but it would be a nice replacement. Also please take a look at model PVM9215SKSS. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/compare?skus=4321128,5439301 If you have any questions in the future, please let us know. We are here to help! Joyce@GEA
A:AnswerI had an older model that I was replacing and they did end up changing the brackets. I asked about it and they explained that while they might have been able to use the older brackets, the ones that went with this unit were a slight upgrade.
