No, it sounds like there is an issue with either the Magnetron or the High Voltage Transformer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Absolutely was the problem. Even though our filter was very clean, the sensor indicated that it needed to be replaced. We reset the filter and shortly thereafter, the turntable would not turn and the microwave would not heat. We removed the filter and replaced it and the microwave worked fine.

Please try again later.I don’t know the true answer, but I had a similar issue where my GE microwave looked like it was completely working fine but nothing was heating, and immediately after removing the charcoal filter up top the micro went back to heating again and I have not had issue since.
