Hello there - Thanks for reaching out! We hate to hear that your freezer isn't getting cold and we do apologize. Please allow 24 hours for the freezer to reach the set temperature. If 24 hours have already passed and the freezer isn't cold, try adjusting the temperature to a colder setting. Also make sure that the door is closing and sealing properly.
