1) Yes, 4 casters are provided
2) Yes, rolls easily - I roll it to the sink and it's easy to roll back to its storage spot, even when full of dishes
3) No, I don't think a disposal for the sink is needed. I'm pretty sure the dishwasher has a disposal type system that runs before the machine drains.
