Hello RARoss, I purchased a new GE microwave to replace our old one that stopped working after more 20 years. I did want another GE because their appliances are of great quality so I decided to buy the new one where we bought the previous one, which was at BestBuy. Due to the COVID-19 crisis I could not personally go the store so I did it on BestBuy website and the microwave arrived in perfect conditions.
