Hi Jim - We certainly appreciate your loyalty! Model PVM9215SKSS has an interior light (halogen) that comes on while operating and when the door is opened so you can view your foods. It also has a dark gray, easy- clean enamel interior with steam clean option. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. Sue
