“Cloths are wet after the spin cycle . I tried moving the washer after all the cleaning is done to check the drain tube for kinks and it feels like there is water somewhere in the machine but the tub itself is dry. Has been happening since last week.”

It could be that a "slow spin" has been selected (a slow spin will eliminate less water than a fast spin).
