A:AnswerHi there - Great question! Don't worry, it is the same model as their previous unit. The extra digit just adds some additional information to the model, much like when you add the area code to your local phone number. When the wall oven is manufactured, these letters/numbers are used to identify manufacturing specific data. Should service or parts be needed, these are used as identifiers for the specific appliance. Thanks so much for checking! -Mikayla@GEA

A:AnswerHello Diane - We are happy to hear from you and will love to help with your oven.
These are the same model. When the appliance is manufactured, extra letters and /or numbers are placed on the rating plate and product registration to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made.
We are seeing the correct broil element for your oven is part WB44T10080.
Please let us know if you have any more questions. - JB

A:AnswerHi MarionC- Yes, the oven features Boil Hi/Lo. The Broil Hi-Lo pad gives you the capability of reducing the oven temperature during the broil function. Hi Broil: Functions at 550 degrees Fahrenheit. It gives a quicker broiling to sear in natural food juices. Recommended for thinner cuts of meat and/or foods you prefer less done on the interior. Lo Broil: Functions at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It gives a slower broiling to ensure doneness without drying out the food. Recommended for thicker cuts of meat and/or foods you prefer cooked all the way through. Thanks for considering GE! SUE@GEA
