Make sure inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. Select a higher cycle, such as Wash Temp Sani, Sanitize Temp or Heavy. For reference, see Troubleshooting Tips on page 23 of the Owner's Manual: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-55119-1.PDF - Also, we recommend a rinse agent. Rinse agents prevent spots on glasses and promote drying by causing water to sheet off dishware and glassware. Rinse Aids, such as Jet-Dry®, can be purchased in your local grocery store. See the following link for more tips- DISHWASHER POOR DRYING: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451 - We hope this is helpful. Keep in touch! SUE@GEA
