It has 3 shelves that pull out. The top one is silverware and then 2 racks for dishes. The height of the center one is adjustable.

Please try again later.A clarification on the previous answer; the model I have is GDT695SGJ5WW which is in a white finish (instead of stainless steel like GDT695SSJ4SS) and has the 3rd rack but GDT655SGJWW wouldn't be the white version of GDT695SSJ4SS so I'm not sure about the third rack on that one.

(I don't know what other differences it might have from the stainless steel version, but as far as I know it's the same except for the finish--including stainless steel interior.)
