“I have a 27" white oven/microwave wall oven JK3800DH7WW. Is it possible to replace just the floor of the oven?it is scratched from cleaning because the self cleaning function never worked well. It is less than 2 yrs old. So disappointing.”

This is one complete attached unit. Our issue was the old microwave that no longer worked. There is no way to replace one without the other unless you change your appliances to a stand alone microwave and a wall oven only
