A:AnswerHello Ford4life69 - Thank you for the excellent question about this stellar oven. We would love to share more about it. The temperature range reached during Proof Mode is approximately 80 to 95 degrees F. In regular cooking modes, the temperature can reach between 170-550 degrees F. We hope this helps, please let us know if you have any more questions. - JB
A:AnswerThis wall oven will accommodate a 12-pound turkey. Please remember that the food item should have a minimum of one inch of air space on all sides to cook properly. This includes the top, bottom, right, left and back wall.
A:AnswerWe recommend disconnecting power to the Wall Oven for 30 seconds; this can be done either at the breaker. Reconnect to power after 30 seconds. Ensure that all software is up to date in the SmartHQ App. If the problem persists, try deleting the Wall Oven from the SmartHQ app and re-adding it. This may clear any issues from the automatic updating process that the control panel may have. -- If the issue persists, we recommend scheduling service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) M-F 8AM-8PM ET, Sat-Sun: Closed. A:AnswerThe cutout dimensions for this model are 25-1/4” width x 27-5/8” height x 23-1/2” depth. For more information, check out the User Manual which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website.
A:AnswerI don’t know.
I would get the installation spec sheets for both ovens and do a full analysis. Also try to pull your current oven out a bit and look to see how the opening is framed. And where your electrical connection is located inside the opening.
And finally have someone else there with you to install. Preferably someone handy.
It took two hours to install mine with a good installer. We had to do some unexpected cutting to get the top of the over into the opening.
A:AnswerI’ve attached an image from the installation manual for wall opening, but there are additional requirements. I believe your cutout height of 27 3/8” you can get away with barely, but no guarantee. I believe I had a similar dimension. Depth is as stated, and electrical conduit must be on the right, but I think the junction box can be lower if it’s within 8” of the right side as there’s less depth on the right side (from memory only if not at all way to the bottom). See photo for width from manual. Hope that helps.
