It was a very good experience.
We needed 1/2 inch cut out of the wood on one side, and he assured us that the installation team could do that.
When the oven was installed, the team handled the wood sawing quite well.

This oven sleek hidden backlit controls, uses True European Convection, and has a temperature probe so you can know when your foods are at the perfect temperature. For the microwave, we recommend model PEB9159DJBB. This model serves as both a countertop model as well as a built-in model. This microwave also has convection cooking and a warming feature. We recommend model PEB9159SJSS to replace your microwave and either model JKS5000SNSS or JKS3000SNSS to replace your wall oven as all of these units are in our Stainless Steel finish and are the closest fits to match your current dimensions and the microwave can be purchased with either a 27" or 30" Stainless Steel Trim Kit. For your reference, your microwave's dimensions are 13-5/16" x 23-21/32" x 18-5/16" (HxWxD) and your wall oven is 29-1/4" x 26-3/4" x 23-5/8" (HxWxD). The microwave we suggested is 13" x 21-3/4" x 20" (HxWxD) while each of the wall ovens are 28-3/4" x 26-3/4" x 26-5/8" (HxWxD).
