“PLEASE help: In Q&A's, customer asked if power cord included-answer is YES -15amp 120v-with picture of plug. BUT, on Best Buy page under SPECS, it says a power cord is NOT INCLUDED-they are sending 30amp cord which is wrong as SPECS say 15amp needed.”

That's right. The website says it's not included but it is, the reason is it's not really a 220v unit.
