Oh no, we hate to hear that your dehumidifier is not operating properly after receiving it and know how frustrating this is. This is not the experience we want for you and would love to help. In this case, we recommend you exchange it at your local Best Buy, per its warranty instructions on page 11 of the owner's manual, found on our website.
