• It has a small rubber grommet on the bottom that can be removed. Water will drain via that hole.

• Hi there! Water can drip from the unit, especially in hot, humid weather. To ensure it drips on the outside, please have your air conditioner slightly slanted from the case front to the rear. We’re always here should you have any additional questions. -Gina@GEA
