THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TOOLS TO DO THE JOB. THEY EXPECTED TO UNPLUG ONE UNIT AND PLUG IN ANOTHER. NO TOOLS. NEITHER ELECTRICAL NOR CARPENTRY.
