Hi - Thanks for choosing GE! Horizontal (Front Load) washers do not require the tub to fill with water like top-load washers. Front loading washers uses load sensing and adaptive water fill to provide just the right amount of water for best performance and low water usage. The wash basket will turn briefly and assess the weight of the load. It will also do this after the load is saturated with water to assess how absorbent the load is. With the load weight and load type we can apply the proper amount of water to wash the load. Keep in touch! Sue
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had any dry clothes issues. I have had a HE front loader for 10 years prior to purchasing this washer and did not have any issues. I use the normal wash with extra rinse mostly and the save time button. I also use the low spin feature. Hope this helps. I also use the towel and sheets settings seems to work well.
