Do you have to use HE detergent only? null

Hi kc - High-efficiency detergent is required for this washer. Use the detergent manufacturer’s recommended amount. Place detergent pods in the bottom of the wash basket before adding clothes. HE detergents are specially formulated for high efficiency washers to provide excellent whitening, stain removal and clothes care and is recommended for use in all our washers. A low-sudsing formula allows you to use a full scoop of detergent to get your clothes clean without creating suds you don't need.
