• I've had mine for two months now I have never seen a light inside and don't believe there is one

• Hi Mike - Thanks for your interest in GE Model # GFW450SSMWW. This washer does not have an interior light. Models GFW850SSNWW and GFW650SSNWW have a LED Basket Light. On these models, the basket light will turn on and remain on for 5 minutes when the door opens, Start/Pause pad is pressed, or by pressing the Light pad.
