I hope you bought the extended warranty. Mine isn’t 2 years old, has already been repaired once, and needs to be repaired again.

Hello and thank you for the great question. We are happy to share more about our washer. The unit comes with a full 1 year factory warranty on any manufacturing defects. The 10 year warranty would be for the motor only. We recommend reaching out to your local Best Buy for information on the extended warranty that they offer. Keep in touch! - John@GEA
