Hello, Great question! We thank you for choosing GE Appliances and we'd love to help you with your washer. We do want to apologize for this issue and we know how frustrating this must be. If the fabric softener is not being dispensed during a wash cycle, we recommend selecting the Deep Rinse option before starting it.
