“Had this washer for about a month and love it. But 2x now the word Cancelled scrolls across the screen and sounds like it is draining and for ~ 5 minutes. This happens randomly, most recently 2 days after my last load. Is this normal?”

This happened on day two for me. Turns out my drain hose was too far down the drain tube. Once I pulled it out a bit no more issues.
