“We previously had whirlpool duet’s. When I had upgraded to the newest model, it was hard to wash rugs as the load would be off balance. My older duets had no problem washing a load of rugs. How does this GE Model do when washing a load of rugs?”

Hello Stewie, Thanks so much for reaching out. We're happy to answer your question. This washer can handle a load of bulky items. We recommend following the washing instructions on the rugs when preparing to clean them and not to overload the washer. The dry weight of the load should not be more than 16 pounds.
