“The specifications state the height is 37 1/4 inches, however my counter is not that same height. Is this height the maximum with the adjustable feet? Or is this the true overall height?”

Go to the there web site and you can get the installers sheet it has all the specs. That is the total not the stove top. Mine ended up dead even with the counter top with out moving the adjusters on the bottom.
