Does this dryer come with a special hose for the steam function, is this something I need to buy or is it not needed at all? null

Hi Laundry- To produce steam, the dryer must connect to the cold water supply. Since the washer must also connect to the cold water, a “Y” connector
is inserted to allow both inlet hoses to make that connection at the same time. Y-connector and hose included. Thanks for choosing GE. Enjoy! Sue

The Spec Sheet for this dryer model says there is no "Y" and no Hose included... GE answer says they ARE included. Please clarify which is true. would hate to get the dryer delivered and not be able to complete hook up.

It does NOT come with the hose. You will need to purchase and hook it up yourself. We paid for delivery and installation and none of that was included.

It comes with everything you need but 3 or 4 prong cord.

They have one where it splits off from the washer .
