QuestionWhy does this dryer not come with the side vent tube needed, just purchased this dryer and it is unfortunate I have to return due to not being able to do a side vent. Kits for this are backordered everywhere including your website. very disappointed

QuestionDoes this dryer use steam in dewrinkle cycle? When I use that cycle it doesn’t have steam in dryer. Wondering if installers didn’t hook up water.

- Answer Hi there, We'll be happy to answer your question! Yes, the dryer does use steam in the Refresh and Dewrinkle cycles. QuestionWhat is the height of this dryer with the feet removed? The old washer & dryer are installed under a countertop & the feet were removed so it would fit under the counter. If possible, please answer this question for both the GFW550SSNWW & GFD55ESSNWW.

QuestionDoes this dryer have a setting for towels and linens? My current GE dryer has one and I love it. He tosses the sheets one way for a while and then the opposite direction so that they do not get tangled up. I need to replace my old dryer. Please advise
