A:AnswerComforters, like blankets, and sheet sets need to be washed occasionally, so the question of whether the washer can handle a large load like this can come up. Most large comforters and blankets will wash properly in our washers. If you can't test whether the item physically fits, consider the thickness, density, and overall size of the item. A comforter that is smaller, but very thick and full can be harder to wash than a large, thin blanket in some cases. Did your comforter fit into your previous washer? If so, compare the cubic foot capacity of your existing model to what this model offers at 5.3 cubic feet.

A:AnswerHi - Thank you for reaching out to us. The washer is designed to continue to spin while correcting the out-of-balance condition. There could be occasions when you would want to intervene to redistribute the load to ensure maximum water removal. This is a fabulous model washer and we hope you choose one for your home. A:AnswerHi - Thank you for reaching out to us with this important question. Comforters, blankets, and sheet sets need to be washed occasionally, so the question of whether the washer can handle a large load like this can come up. Most large comforters and blankets will wash properly in our washers, as long as the below is followed:
~Top-load – The comforter fits below the balance ring of the washer tub and is not stuffed in the tub tightly.
~Front-load – The comforter fits behind the washer tub gasket and is not stuffed into the tub tightly.
If you are buying a new washer and can't test whether the item physically fits, consider this: the thickness, density, and overall size of the item. A comforter that is smaller, but very thick and full can be harder to wash than a large, thin blanket in some cases.
-- Here are some questions to ask yourself before buying the washer:
~Did the item fit into your previous washer? If so, get a model with similar cubic foot capacity.
~Are you changing from a top-load washer to a front load, or vice versa?
~Is the size and capacity the same?
This is a tough question as it really depends on the thickness of your comforter and how well it fits without over filling the wash basket. This is one of the largest capacity washers we offer today and we are confident it will serve you well. Please contact us again if you have additional questions or concerns. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerSmart dispenser is working properly. It can be done thru app or if you have time you can check while the washer is running. I never noticed any problem so far.

A:AnswerHey there, we're happy to help you out. Washing machines with agitators use a central post that twists back and forth, rubbing against clothes to help break apart stains. Washing machines with impellers use a low-profile cone or disc that spins/rotates to rub clothes against each other to get them clean. Let us know if you have any other questions! - Guy@GEA

A:AnswerWe do not rate the sound level of our washers and are unable to provide a decibel level. The manner and location in which the washer is installed can affect how loud it sounds. On page 24 of the Owner's Manual, we describe the normal sounds you may hear while the washer is operating. The manual can be found by clicking on the Features tab.
