A:AnswerYes! This is definitely the worst dishwasher I have ever had! Nothing cleans, nothing dries, nothing fits right and it’s noisy! Sorry you are experiencing the same issues, good luck!
A:AnswerHey there,
Typically glasses would go in the upper rack. You can view loading tips on page 11 of the manual. https://files.bbystatic.com/VuA%2BRyPIwCaN3BZqXRd3KQ%3D%3D/7D2B1382-3809-4411-A8BC-279F538179FE.pdf. Use only powder, liquid, tablet or pod (packet) detergent designed specifically for use with automatic dishwashers. Any other types of soap or detergent may cause excessive suds inside the dishwasher. This will result in a poor wash performance and can possibly cause suds and water to leak out onto your kitchen floor.
It is important to use high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. To best prevent spots on your dishes we recommend the use of a rinse aid. A high quality rinse agent such as Cascade® Platinum™ Power Dry™ Rinse Aid or Finish® Jet-Dry® Rinse Aid will help
improve drying performance and
prevents film and spots from forming on dishes. Hope this is helpful. Mike@GEA

A:AnswerThere is no electrical cord on the outside. Electric hook up is in the rear under the cabinet since the dishwasher is an under the counter model.
A:AnswerHi - This model does offer a One Hour wash cycle. This cycle is for light to medium soiled dishes and takes about 1 hour with no options selected. We're happy you asked and hope you choose GE for your home. All our best! Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerHi - Thank you for your interest in a new GE dishwasher. We recommend you inspect and clean the filters periodically. This should be done every other month or more depending on usage. If
there is a decrease in wash performance or dishes feel gritty, this is also an indication the filters need to be cleaned. We hope this helps. Vikki@GEA

A:AnswerIf a dishwasher doesn’t have front controls it’s considered a full integrated dishwasher. This type of dishwasher has no buttons or controls on the door. The front panel on the dishwasher is smooth and button free. The panel where all the cycles are shown are visible after the door is opened.
