I am purchasing the GE refrigerator model GTS22KSNRSS. The product manual says you can use icemaker IM-4D or IM-6D. What is the difference between these two icemakers? null

Hi - This is a really great question. These are essentially the same kits and are interchangeable. The Im4D is available through your dealer and the IM6D may be available through your dealer or through GE parts. The only difference is from whom the kit can be purchased.
