God have mercy on me... If i have to deal with this problem after my issues trying to get my GE ice-maker installed? This is going to be a LONG year!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there - We apologize that your icemaker is creating so much ice that it overflows the bin. This is not something we would expect and we can understand your discouragement. First, make sure the bucket is properly positioned directly under the icemaker. Secondly, check that the feeler arm is not broken. The feeler arm for this model is a plastic paddle that sits horizontal under the icemaker. If you discover that it is broken, then the icemaker needs to be replaced. Connect with us if you have any further questions or concerns - we're always glad to help out. Be well, Kelsey@GEA
