• There's an under cabinet mounting kit available. It's cheaper than the trim kit which is for in cabinet instalation.

• No, this microwave is designed to be placed on your counter top, built-in to a cabinet using the specified kit or suspended from the underside of a cabinet using an optional hanging kit - JXA019K. It is not designed to be installed above a range or cooktop. -Vikki@GEAppliances
