“Can this unit be used with an inside wall location? We currently have one in the wall with a trim kit. Since this doesn't have a trim kit, does that mean it is not suitable in the wall? Which GE microwave would you recommend?”

Hi Jo- Thanks for viewing! Our Over-the-Range Microwaves cannot be installed in a cabinet with a trim kit. We suggest to view our GE Profile™ Series 2.2 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave Oven PEB7226SFSS and GE® Optional 30" Built-In Trim Kit JX7230SFSS or GE® Optional 27" Built-In Trim Kit JX7227SFSS. The only difference between the 27" and 30" trim kit is the trim frame. If the microwave is installed over a 27" or 30" wall oven, be sure to match the trim kit width to the oven.
