Hi canman - Thanks for reaching out to us! We truly appreciate your interest in this over-the-range sensor microwave and are happy to help you with this. If you are referring to the cooking complete reminder that displays "Food is ready" on the screen, this will beep once a minute until you either open the oven door or press the Cancel/Off button and cannot be turned off. - If you are referring to the Cook Time or Timer beeper in general, you cannot turn the beeper off, but you can adjust the volume as directed on page 24 of the Use and Care Manual.
