We'll be glad to answer your question. This model has a variety of trim kits depending on the color you want. They all have model numbers beginning with JX72 either in 27" or 30". The colors available are BLTS (Black Stainless), FMDS (Black Slate), SLSS (Stainless Steel), or ELES (Slate). Just combine the numbers and letters of the combination you want and that will be the model number you need. For example JX7230FMDS (30" Black Slate). We hope this helps. Mike@GEA

This is a great question to ask! The outer window on the door is made of glass. There isn’t an inner glass window, only a plastic film on the inside of the door frame/window. We do recommend cleaning your microwave regularly in order to maintain its appearance. You can find cleaning tips in the cleaning section of the owner's manual. Hope this helps. Mike@GEA
