Screw GE - they will always answer that the trim kit is model specific and you have to buy their new kit. Buy a new trim kit off of ebay for just a little over $100. It is ridiculous that the older trim kits do not fit the new ones. That is why our landfills are full.

The PCWK22U1WWW would be a great addition to your home. You would need to get a new trim kit because they're specific to each microwave. The trim kits that are compatible to this model are the: JX7227DLWW (White); JX7230DLWW (White). -Don@GEAppliances
